The clinic was opening with a logo "from a chat app" and no style system — while signage, a website, social media and print all lay ahead. We vectorised and finalised the logo, approved a font pairing from a prepared comparison, and assembled a full brand book: a palette with Pantone/CMYK for print, contrast rules to standard, application layouts, a pack for future designers. We published the brand book online on the client's domain + a PDF version.
Numbers that speak for us
You need strategy and branding if you recognise yourself
People usually come to us at one of these moments. If even one point sounds familiar, this service addresses exactly that.
You've got a JPEG on a white background — and ahead of you are signage, a website, social media, print. There's no style to tie it all together, and every contractor draws it their own way.
You're driving traffic, but it doesn't "stick": people don't remember who you are and can't tell you apart from the neighbour in the search results. The cost per lead doesn't come down.
You need to understand who these competitors really are, where their weak spots are, and how to position yourself so people choose you rather than the cheapest option.
There's no single sentence that explains who you are and why people should come to you. Every piece of copy is written from scratch.
You want to add channels, hire designers, launch a website — but every time everything is rebuilt from scratch, because there's no system to lean on.
Who we work best with
If the task is smaller than the full package, we'll tell you honestly that one block is enough for you — not the whole system.
About scope — honestly and upfront. One-off products (a logo, competitive analysis) start from €1,100. A full "strategy + brand platform + brand book" system is a project that runs for several weeks.
If the task is smaller, we'll tell you in the consultation that one block is enough — not the whole package. We don't set out to sell a system where a logo will do.
What you get
Not "a set of files", but working tools you can start using tomorrow.
One sentence that explains who you are
Positioning that every text, ad and pitch flows from — you no longer have to reinvent the wording each time. Brand platform →
A market map and competitor breakdown
Who your competitors really are, where their weak spots are, and how you win — an in-depth breakdown of 5–10 players, not "a quick Google search". Competitive analysis →
A 12-month roadmap
Market audit, target audience, channels, KPIs — a plan that makes it clear what to do this quarter and the next. Marketing strategy →
A logo ready for any application
The final build: SVG + PNG in different colours + a vector PDF for the print shop. Your printer and web developer get exactly what they need, with no rework. Logo →
A brand book that holds the style without you
A palette with screen and print codes (Pantone/CMYK), logo rules, typography, application layouts — from signage to social media templates. Any future designer works from it. Brand book →
Contrast calculated to standard
We build readability rules into the brand book (which colour is for text, which is background only) so the site and materials stay legible instead of "pretty but unreadable".
A designer pack
Swatches for Illustrator/Photoshop, design tokens for the website, fonts, a guide. A new contractor picks up the brand in an hour, not a week.
Corporate identity
Business cards, letterheads, presentation templates, an email signature — all in one style. And most importantly: from the audience map by funnel stage we build video and banner scripts, instead of leaving the strategy as a pretty PDF. Identity →
Open pricing, no "on request"
All prices are in EUR, excl. VAT. The range reflects different amounts of work within one service: from a compact project to a full system across several applications and languages.

Why the range: a logo for a local service and the identity of a brand going into three markets are different amounts of work — the number of applications, languages, depth of competitive breakdown, print. In the consultation we assemble the scope for your task and name the exact figure — no "ask the manager".
- One application and language — or several (signage, social media, print; Latvian, Russian, English).
- A compact logo — or a full design system with tokens and a designer pack.
- Depth of the competitive breakdown: one market — or a map of several geos with regulatory context.
Cases by niche
Not promises — the substance straight from projects.
The task — stand up against competitors with multimillion budgets and figure out where their weak spots are. We did an in-depth breakdown of the main competitor and a global market map with regulatory context, and turned it into a ready plan: positioning in one sentence, 4 differentiation pillars, ready messages and formats, 15 concrete levers, a phased expansion plan. We built an audience map by funnel stage, from which the ad video scripts were written.
These are 2 of 32+ projects. In the consultation we'll show you the cases closest to your niche — with the full substance.
How we work — stages through to delivery
A product project with clear stages through to delivery, no "endless revisions". Timelines are a guide for the full package; a standalone logo or competitive analysis is faster.
Market breakdown
Brief, market and audience audit, an in-depth breakdown of competitors (5–10 players) with their advertising and, where it matters, the regulatory context. The output: a market map and a draft of the positioning.
Strategy and platform
Positioning in one sentence, differentiation pillars, key messages, tone of voice, roadmap. We build a customer journey map by funnel stage — that very bridge from strategy to advertising.
Visual language
The direction for the brand's visual DNA, the logo (finalisation or build), a font pairing from a prepared comparison, a palette with screen and print codes.
Brand book and applications
We assemble the system: logo rules, palette, typography, layouts (signage, reception, social media, business card), a designer pack.
Multi-layer review
We look at the layouts through several "lenses": Latvian diacritics in the fonts, contrast, consistency, niche requirements (healthcare has its own), print readiness. We catch what usually surfaces only after launch.
Online brand book and source files
An online brand book on your own domain (for example, "domain/brand") + a PDF + all source files. After that — sign-off and, if you'd like, launching the advertising straight away on the ready-made strategy.
What changes after branding
Branding has no direct cost-per-lead chart — so we show the outcome, not an abstract curve.
A logo "from a chat app" — a JPEG on a white background, no style system at all.
A design system with Pantone/CMYK, contrast to standard, and a vector PDF for the print shop.
Five people describe the company in five different ways.
One positioning sentence that every text and ad is written from.
Advertising with no anchor, competitors with multimillion budgets.
A market map + 4 differentiation pillars + video scripts shot from the ready-made strategy.
Our commitments and rules
Not promises — rules we put in writing.
Reply within 2 hours
A communication SLA on business days, 30 minutes for urgent matters. Anything we didn't find or aren't sure about, we say right away — not after you've paid.
Depth of delivery, not "a picture"
Colours with print codes (Pantone/CMYK), contrast to standard, a vector PDF for the print shop, an online brand book — what a mature agency delivers, not a freelancer with a single PNG.
All brand source files
SVG, vector PDF, design tokens, fonts — all yours. When you leave, you leave with the whole pack, nothing "ours" that you can't access.
Penalties or year-long lock-in
No year-long lock-in and no termination penalties. Clients stay because of the results, not because of penalties.
Frequently asked questions
Honest answers to what people ask before starting.
Why pay for branding if I already have a logo?
A logo is just one piece. Without a system (a palette with print codes, rules, typography, applications) every new contractor builds the style their own way, and the materials drift apart. A brand book is what keeps everything consistent without your involvement and without rework.
We're a small company. Do we really need a brand book for €3,300+?
Not necessarily the whole package at once. If the goal is to tidy up your logo and a basic style, a logo (from €1,100) and a compact identity are enough. In the consultation we'll tell you honestly where one block is enough for you, not the whole system.
Branding is about looks, isn't it? How does it affect the money?
By its nature branding produces few direct performance numbers. The impact is indirect but real: a recognisable brand sticks in memory, so advertising "sticks" and the cost per lead drops over time instead of burning out. On top of that, we turn the strategy into ad materials right away — meaning it starts generating leads instead of gathering dust in a PDF.
How long does it take?
The full "strategy + brand + brand book" package takes 2–6 weeks depending on the number of applications and languages. A standalone logo or competitive analysis is faster. We lock exact timelines at the start.
What do I actually get in the end?
An online brand book on your own domain + a PDF + all source files: the logo in SVG/PNG/vector PDF, the palette, fonts, swatches for Illustrator/Photoshop, design tokens for the website. It's all yours — you leave with the whole pack.
We're in healthcare / a specific niche. Will you account for the requirements?
Yes. For Liderm (aesthetic medicine) we separately checked the materials against the niche's requirements and against readability. Before delivery we run the layouts through several checks, including Latvian diacritics in the fonts and contrast.
We work in Latvian and English. Will the diacritics break?
They won't — it's one of our mandatory checks before delivery. We look separately at how the font handles Latvian letters with diacritics, because not every font does it correctly.
We'll lay the foundation that makes everything else work cheaper
Tell us the task — in 30 minutes we'll assess where you stand on brand and strategy and show you the growth points. Free and with no obligations.
